What made you become a referee?
Needed something to keep me out of the pub on Saturdays.

Being out with David Anderson on Saturdays when Rangers hump Celtic and Wullie Sinclair is on the other line.
What do you enjoy about refereeing?
Doing games when all the smart asses come down from higher leagues and think they can run the show, that's when I enjoy refereeing.
What was your first game?
Bunillidh v Wick Academy.
What was your most memorable game?
Refereeing Highland Amateur Cup Final 2006 /2007 at Grant Street Park Inverness.
Your refereeing ambitions?

What are your other hobbies & pastimes?
Golf and fishing.
Any pet hates in football?
All the referees that stand on the sideline every Saturday.
What is your favourite film?
Escape to victory reminds me of Celtic trying to get out of Ibrox.
What is your favourite drink?
Rum and coke
What is your favourite band/singer?
Alex Jappy from Melvich he does a great Donnie Osmond.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of becoming a referee?
Be hard and firm, take no ***p on or off the park, you will have to earn respect, when you've done this you've cracked it.
